Maglocks and other cards like it (ie retinal scan, mine field, sim sensation)
have no sleaze requirements so they force you to read the card for the
requirements to get by them. Hellish Traffic has sleaze requirements so in
the example above if you have already triggered the alarm you may not sleaze
the card and must face the challenge. In this case go home.
