Hi-

I have a question about a situation that came up the other night.
It's essentially a timing question that I have not seen specifically
addressed in the FAQ or this list.

So during my opponent's legwork phase, he send Roadrash on a
drive-by (to take out static). In response, I play a Whoops! on
Roadrash, taking away his piloting skill - therefore he can no longer do
the Drive-by. My questions are:

Does the whoops! work to stop the Drive-by? Can it be played at that
time?

Does the Drive-by get trashed? or does he get to return it to his hand?
