have you seen the StarWars ccg they use small icons of Lightsabres,
the planet Hoth, Yodas eye and now the cloud cars from Bespin. Maybe
they could use a small Shadowrun Icon (the one on the back of the cards) on the front in a
corner, or a different color nuyen symbol.
I don't know what would be best but since there is no monetary value
on these cards (as magic or STRWRS) there really shouldn't be a
difference. but that's just my thoughts.
