Mike Nielson seems to be humored with the idea that you could use Goose
Chase to return *any* "team" back to the safehouse. (IIRC, he though
it'd be a nice idea for a future card.) By the current mechanics,
though, no, you can't Goose Chase a Z-zone team (or an un-team that goes
to Fuchi, or another un-team that gets declared for Runners on
Retainer).

The "team" is limited to six. The card wording makes it sounds like you
allocate every single Runner on both sides to the fight, but I'm
reasonably sure it's limited to six per side (to answer your next
question).
