If you should get an irregular promo, call up the magazine and they will
send you a replacement card. Just have your magazine handy, since they
asked me a few questions from the issue to prove purchase.

Not sure about the Inquest phone number, but check your magazine and
call the subscription people, who will forward you. These numbers may
