You can use it to say turn an opponents runner so it cannot intercept, or use
a special ability, like the most commonly used Tempest, or a Lord Torgo if
you need an Elf for a run. And, if they have deckers on the table, you can
turn them so they cannot use their recon, or battle one of your runners.
Although a little costly, it is still a very strong card, very much similar
to the "Icy Manipulator" from Mtg.
