As I understand it, you are correct. The Doberman only needs to be
played on a rigger with Piloting-2 after that it only counts as a
single drone. So if you have it Clutch could actually be given up to
4 Dobermans, using only 2 at a time of course ;-)

Same thing, nothing. Roadrash just isn't able to use the drone or his
piloting skill for sleazing as long as the Whoops is applicable (I
don't have the card in front of me and I can't recall if it was a
challenge or a run thing).

Here again, as I understand it yes, you can use the Rapier to get out
of Dodge once the dragon shows up. This happens in the "natural
pause" (I think they called it) between when the challenge is exposed
and sleazing/combat happens. This is the same time during which a
GAQS can be played.
