Please post FASA's reply, if you could. I was under the impression
(after reading other posts on this list) that turned runners were not
targetable by cards like Wanted!, Riots, or Drive By. Was I mistaken?
Can all these cards affect a turned runner? (I am aware that the
definition of present prevents a runner with biotech or guard from
helping a turned or otherwise not present runner).
