Ok then, the only thing I have left to debate is over whether or not you
can be in the Safehouse while turned.

When I first read the rulebook I silently asked myself why they even termed
a "Safehouse" given it appeared that you were either turned or unturned,
and that was all that really mattered. After building up my collection for
awhile I got into the whole "play by the spirit of the Genre" thing.

This is how my group plays it-

The Safehouse should be a Location.
There are 2+ rows. The first row are those who left the safehouse (means
turning AND moving up toward the challenges).
The rest are in the safehouse.

Now the fact that we have house rules about what can and cannot be played
on runners in the safehouse is apparent.
It both enhances the feel and simplifies it in our heads.

We have the ability to write the rules.
We ask the questions and come up with the answers (although rulings come
from FASA, we're the players, and when have they not followed our lead?).
Make some decisions or take some votes or something, MORE SUGGESTIONS ON
RULES!. I used to be on the Jyhad newsgroups and mailing lists every day
'cause rules changed upon the way we decided them. Let's work on it. We can
agree to disagree, but at least try to get out more ideas.
