The beauty of Skwraaaark is that he gets free cyberware for free, but he
can't use non-cyber gear. We allow him to use skillsofts, however, as
you only find skillsofts with cyberware in the Shadowrun RPG rulebooks.
While they aren't cyberware, they are a component of it, if you will.
(Then again, maybe you won't).

The problem with playing Skwraaaaark is that you sort of need to develop
a deck around him to really make him shine. He is pretty darn good, but
he is only unstoppable if you can give him some combo like free Wired
Reflexes, free Dermal Armor, and free hand Razors. If you are wanting
those possibilities, then to expect to see such a combo, you really need
to remove all the (non-burned out) mages and shamen from your deck, and
put in a Hatchetman 2057 and more Skwaaark if you have them, plus add
mercenaries, gangers, and other street sams. This type of theme, with
some rockers or deckers (w/ Sticky Fingers or Fuchi) to pay for it,
should be very powerful. Put in some Wanted!, Z-Zone, and Riots, and
watch the slaughter unfold.
