You have to
a) get Skwrk out in the first place. 10Y is pretty rare in these parts.
And then, b) turn two otherwise perfect Runners for the sake of trading
Gear. I don't believe I have ever turned Runners to trade Gear in my
entire gameplaying history (this includes several other CCGs with the
ssame mechanic).
Not really out of balance; for the sake of giving a gun to Weenie Guy
for free, you've kept Skw. on ice for two turns.
