I would say that you could use Datajacks and skillsoft. as they become
part of the runner and in sense not gear. being that they are
cyberware they become part of the runner.
and if you go with this ruling. I would say that you could not swap
datajacks between runners like other gear.

my thoughts on why it says you can not use a other gear is that it
takes a lot of concentration to run a Yellow Jacket. there you
could not (use) a weapon, operate another Drone.

just my thoughts on the matters at hand
