Aha, found it, thanks! This also addresses the Skwaaaark! thread.
Someone mentioned that they thought it was too powerful, since you could
deploy to Skwaaaark!, and then trade to another runner. Since he can only
use gear/cyberware, and cyberware can't be traded, there's no chance to
abuse his ability by trading gear to other runners.
