I had brought this questions up a while back (was it really 3 months ago, eek!).
The answer we got from FASA is that while he can use a chipjack (gear/cyberware),
he can't use skillsofts (gear/misc). So the chipjack is useless on
Skwraaaaaark! If I could find the orignal response I would post it. Imagine him
with a Chipjack 3 and 3 Melee Skillsofts plus 2 handrazors (+14/+0). Can you say
ouch. But according to the People on High, no skillsofts for Skwraaaaaark!
