I'm not sure that it really makes a difference. Does it matter during
the legwork phase which chips a runner has. I guess for the purposes
of gear and some cards (like moonlighting for example)... So in that
case I see where it could be handly to decide which ones are in play
during the first part of the legwork or refresh (that is shadowrun
right ;-) ) phase. I haven't had a chance to play that often lately,
next time we do though I think we'll try these options out.
