I've always played that they can, yes. There's nothing to say Cyberware
can't be trashed from play, just that it can't be traded between
Runners.

There's probably a ripperdoc paying them protection money at some
point.. ;)

I've played it both ways; it's pretty unusual that the Bountyman can
chase after two or three different Runners (yen, yen, yen) so my vote's
for go.

Yup. FAQ 2.0. It should really read "trash after being resolved", but
that's an English major for you.

I've never allowed "Running from the safehouse", under the impression
that at least one Runner must be present (not having survived as the
RBT) to actually score the Objective. Obviously, a bunch of Deckers
might be able to Steal Wiz Softs by downloading the 'trix code, but they
couldn't conduct Wetwork or Assassination, or Guard and Protect, or most
of the other Objectives in the game (even those without requirements).

I'd give you two options, depending on how grumpy I was at the time:
a) No one gets touched, as its a physical bomb. However, no one has
Demolitions to sleaze the thing, and so everyone must clear the swimming
pool immediately.
b) The "Booby Trap" is a hunk of Ultraviolet IC code and (ha ha!) since
none of your Deckers has demo, someone goes k-boom on the 'Net.

[OT: I've also disallowed the use of Crash and Steamroller - and
Razorback! - when they're not present on the run as well.]
