Torgo (A2) or Uncle Joe with an Armor Spell (+A2), with:
- Dermal Armor x 2 (+A2)
- Heavy Armor Full (+A2)
- Harley Scorpion (+A1)

can accept that, but in the interest of less volume, I don't know if we
