I've tried to make this deck too!
I think it's 'around the table'=1 turn It's a BLOCK party!
technically each turn=1 player's turn as there is no term for the interval
between your turns. But I'm very sure it means to justify it's expense...
I don't think it stays in play.
And it read it that it doesn't prevent Fuchi or Z-Zone as the SR phase is
still there, just no ACTUAL shadowruns!
