Perhaps a number of Challenges (such as Electrified Fence, and Fusion
Gate) that allow you to select who takes the damage; or ones like Booby
Trap and Incubus that, without fail, will trash a random Runner;
Challenges like the Manticore or Hellhound, which only damage one Runner
(but are almost sure to take him out); or just plain huge Challenges
like the Dracoform, Steppin' Wulfs, or Hunting Gargoyles. A Runners on
Retainer lets you pit your own Runners against his, so if you've got
more Trolls on the board at the moment...
GAQS -- Green Apple Quicksteps -- lets you remove a Runner from his
team, and combined with a No Way Out, that means he *has* to send those
other little weenies on the shadowrun, on to the slaughter. An Archie
McDeven used earlier in his turn prevents his Big Tough Guy from doing
anything, too.
A Tempest in your safehouse can add in a bit of extra damage to that
'run (if you don't mind a few hailstones your own way).
And lastly, don't overlook the effectiveness of Terror! For one black
and one colorless mana.. uh.. damn, wrong game. :)
