I've always played that they do. It's a *big* hoser if turned Runners
cannot inflict any damage (suddenly Torgo gets very, very small).
From the "easy-to-use" game mechanics presented so far, I don't think
FASA is going to worry whether they unturn just to turn again, or
whatever. (I've always hated MtG's micro-mechanics.. no, I've always
hated the constant *revisions* to the MtG system.)

I've always played that Runners that turn to visit Contacts, Locations
return immediately , and Runners on shadowruns are out of the house
until their next Refresh turn (unless sent back by a card or effect).
Makes shadowrunning a little more dangerous that way (and keeps
Locations and Contacts, whose effects are usually minor, safe).
