This was, I think, handled in the FAQ; Red Alert, Renraku, and others
mean the Challenge in question can't be skill-sleazed. Other effects
(Gear that trashes Challanges, and Challenge text) still apply as normal
-- Renraku doesn't effect Maglock's function at all.
