Okay there have been alot of confusing and contradicting posts flying
around here as of late. Apparently FASA is releasing conflicting
Replies?

Loki, can you tell me your thoughts on the following?

1) Is a runner who is turned <for whatever reason> considered "present
to the other runners in the safehouse?

1B) If not, then you have to start keeping track of individual runners
previous actions which will undoubtedly lead to conflicts.

2) CAn the GUARD ability be used to help a runner who was hit with
Riots? b) Hit with Bar Fight? or C) Hit with a Wanted poster?

Thanks, with all the recent conflicting posts I have found it very hard
to sift through "conjecture/falsifications" and actual FASA replies.
