I believe this was handled by email from Mike Nelson; no, you can't pump
past zero.
I don't agree that the +/- pumpers are weaker than the +/+ pumpers.
Ancients' Turf requires Piloting-2 (easy, especially with Riggers) or
Street-3; Halloweeners have a sleaze of Social-2 and Street-2, two of
the rarer skills; Yak Attack requires Social-2 or Street-2, and
benefits from being a "Street" only Challenge - playable indoors or out,
and unsleazable by Sleep, Invisibility, or Sleaze. The +/- pumpers all
benefit that they pump on just one yen, compared to two or three for
most of the +/+ pumpers. For the most part, I've yet to see a +/+
pumper ever get pumped more than four or five Y, but that may just be a
play issue.
