I would think that this falls under the same category as steamroller.
Foxy would "trash" rather than sleaze the challenge. Thus, it doesn't
matter if the alarm is triggered or not. I think that the player running
Foxy would choose when it would take effect (and if--perhaps there may be
a reason why the player would WANT to face the challenge rather than
automatically trash it).
Still, this is just how I see it
(and I've been wrong before)
