Quick question for everyone

where does "wanted" take place. If I play "wanted" on one of my
opponents untapped runners, is that runner considered to be in the
safehouse?

I ask for 2 reasons.

1) guard could be used to protect the "wanted" runner
2) Adam Bomb could be sent against the "wanted" runner. In this case, it
MAY be possible that Adam Bomb blows up doing 5 points of dammage to all
runners in opponent's safehouse (evil grin)
