I too enjoy a variety of play styles, and there are things about both
offerings that I don't care for, but...... As far as tournament play
goes, I feel they're headed down the right path for the first 'official'
tournaments. While I'm sure variants will arise in the future I think they
should stick to the basics for now. I refer you to page 9 in the little
rule book - "The object of the SRTCG is to earn enough Reputation points to
become the King of the Sprawl". Pretty straight forward objective.
