<< Question: What real multi-player decks are there in SRTCG? Most
"multi-player" decks I've seen are simply slow decks that would get
chewed up in head-to-head games, but survive because the attrition rate
in multi-player is slower. In general, heavy gear decks (hey, maybe the
Artful Mage deck can survive yet!)
But multi-player cards-? I'm stumped to think of one that really fits
multi-play but not one-on-one. (Maybe Saeder-Krupp, but FASA seems
willing to lobotomize the card for tourneys. Alas.) >>
Actually I find that thier are 2 player decks that do not work as well in
multi player games. ie The Decker Nuyen Stealing Decks, Urban Brawl/GAQ
decks work better in a two way, in a multi somebody will slip in and get the
objective. I found that my Adam Bomb deck works great in 2 player but is just
silly in multi. You are also correct to say that a mage deck or heavy gear
deck is better off in a multi compared to a two way.
