I don't speak english very well, so it is possible i don'tunderstand the
sentence exactly, but what i read is:
Also,total aquired nuyens can be added in (see resolving ties below).
and ,as another senetnce:
first seat gets .......the last seat get only only the four you start
with,but get to go first.(It is because the "the fourth you start with" that
i have a doubt.)

Well, if someone can confirm wich reading is the right one, please let me know.
