Slight difference between Prime and Unique; you can only have one unique
card in your entire deck, where you can only have one Prime card in play
at a time. If, for instance, one Dirk got squashed by a Drive-by, you
could always pull another one out of your deck. H-Man 2057 is the only
Unique, Prime Runner. (And I'll save my slam on him for later.)
