Macabre comes from the personal RPG game that Mike is in. I'm told (but
am not certain) that Domino and Cherry Bomb (the Dwarf twins) are also
from a private game.

Don't forget Sam Verner (Twist), who Mike's talked about as a strong
possibility. Rikki Ratboy, the guinea pig for many magic examples,
would be cool. Blackwing might make the cut, although he's always been
an NPC (but then again - so are all the characters in the novels). And
I think Rick Davitt and Zeb Wanderly (Deadeye) would make a great
Detective duo, even if they're both dead.
