I doubt the Loki card is completely skilless, I've written Skuzzy to
get the specifics.

I'm also not saying Loki balances Torgo. I was just saying it was cool
to see an elven counterpart to his revised special. Only other Runner
even close in special ability has been Tempest who deals 1 point of
armor piercing damage.

Other things to keep in mind comparing Loki and Torgo are Torgo being
a Prime Runner, whereas Loki is uncommon and not limited in number.
Loki also only costs to 5 deploy compared to Torgo's 9 with a 2 upkeep.

I've also asked Skuzzy to clarify how much Torgo's special will cost,
as I'm sure it costs something.

Plus, if your opponent is really hot on trashing elves in the large
number people have been saying, it's only going to serve to cycle
through your deck and bring Loki's or other elves out again.

Just MHO.
