Don't have a list at the moment. FASA does have a list of in-print
titles on their webpage (www.FASA.com/Catalog iirc). There's a reviews
section in the Shadowrun Archive.

Next to nothing. The Dragonheart Sage trilogy is supposed to be taken
as canon; some of the others are notorious for playing fast and loose.

There's a listing on FASA's webpage for the Portuguese (and other
European) distributor, so you can always do mail-order.

Damn, gotta run to work, otherwise I'd give you more complete answers.
