I think I forgot to respond here. Underworld contains a new location
(Ancients HQ) that I believe turns elven gangers into Ancients

Redline just may become more prominent with the advantes offered by
the location (+2/+0 A+2) to Ancients on bikes, but I'm reserving that
until I see what other elven gangers are presented in the expansion.
