This is just IMHO, but I'd say no. I don't think the tokens are
actually "gear", thus I don't think they can be swapped.

Still, as odd as it seems spirits and spells can be swapped, and I
don't know of anything that directly speaks for or against trading
things like the drug tokens. It'll probably come down to houserules,
and I'll bet for tournies and the like it will be a no.

Think of it though, if you allow token trading, then you get into grey
areas like trading Shadowland info tokens and so forth.

I'll try to remember to ask the question of Skuzzy or Jim next time I
write.
