What a subject to de-lurk on. Oh well, here's the SR CCG version of my SR
RPG character:

WISEGUY * Street Samurai
Cost: 4 nuyen
Firearms, Streetwise, Melee, Stealth
Rating: 2/3
Human Runner
Flavor: "Of course I know what I'm doing! Why do you think they call me
Wiseguy?"
Picture: A late-teen/early twenties guy. Average build, wears mirror shades,
black leather jacket. Has a know-it-all grin on his face. Better if
pictures in anime style.

This is Wiseguy when I began playing him seven years ago. He was sorta
cocky but cool-headed. He mainly provided a good selection of skills to
the group, as well as being the second muscle and firearm. In the SR CCG
he provides, much like in the RPG, an average selection of skills, along
with being a cheap cost street samurai. He's just another runner at this
point.

Fast-forward seven years of playing:

WISEGUY * Street Samurai
Cost: 7/1 nuyen
Firearms 2, Melee 2, Leadership, Social
Rating: 4/4
Human Prime Runner
When Wiseguy is deployed, give him any Pistol from your deck at no cost.
Wiseguy may use two Pistols at once. 2 nuyen: Attacks first.
Picture: Twenty-seven year old guy. Average build, still with mirror
shades and black leather jacket. His face is serious now, gone is the
grin of youth. He's holding two Ares Predator in his hands. Still better
if you picture him anime style.

By now Wiseguy, as well as the two surviving members of the original
team, has achieved prime runner status, due to countless runs. His fame
in the shadows is big; most shadowrunners have heard his name at least.
Gone are his Streetwise and Stealth: Wiseguy became more and more
involved in the shadows, and ultimately, while still known, his resources
on the streets are not what they used to be; his Stealth is gone due to
balance. He's more focused now, plans things better, knows more than he
did, therefore his runs are more precise than sneaking around. He gains
Social; Wiseguy has grown and understood that sometimes talking someone
down is a better option that gunning someone down. A function of
maturity, if you will. And Leadership comes from the fact that, of the
original team members remaining, he usually ends up leading. He's cool
under pressure, and can think straight even under heavy fire, a great
skill indeed. He always had it in him, but he was too cocky when young.

Well, there you go. Comments appreciated, if any. Later.

<lurk mode ON>
