Okay, you have 16 (18 soon) runners, three of which are mages and 3
deckers. 4 are riggers.

Here you have 20 gear cards. 8 are for deckers only. 4 are for mages.
I think I would take one black hammer and 1 deck out for sure, with
maybe one other coming out. My reason is that this would make sense
given your having only three deckers. The spells are good ones. Try
the deck out in test play (make another deck, any kind) and play them
against each other. The key thing to watch for is what kind of cards
you get. Even without playing, you can put all your cards together,
shuffle them, and take the first 8 cards. Take a look at what you have,
and put three cards and up to four challenges on the table. Then draw
one more card, put two cards down. Draw one, put one down. Draw up to
8 cards, put one down. And so on, trying to see what types of cards you
will get and what you can expect in real play. If you keep on drawing
too many of one type of card (like programs but no deckers) then you
will know that you havve too many of one card type or too little of
another, or that you are trying to do too many things.

It looks like a lot of your cards are common cards. I created an
all-common deck the other night, and it isn't too bad. I'll post it to
the list. It's a great intro deck that you can keep around to teach new
players the game. You can even give the deck away to friends if you end
up with lots of extra commons.
