All Star Trading Cards: www.allstartradingcards.com lists Underworld
and 2nd Run at $65 a box. (They're still listed in the upcoming
products.)

I have a pre-order in with Game Depot (a local shop). They give 20%
off when you order a full box, but I didn't get the final price over
the phone.
