If you have to add the melee value every time, why not add it up to the
printed dice roll results right away (i.e. 3-4: 3 (AP)), since he canīt
get a result of 1 or 2 - unless his melee value is Oops!ed. So, just
leave the card the way it is... Ainīt I a geenyiz :)
I think Ronin should be able to choose whether to use the implant or
not, or does he drag the whip after him when he walks ("Hey, everybody,
jump when Ronin roams!")? Also, Iīd raise his deployment cost to 7.
If he uses his whip automatically in a fight (represented by the dice
rolls), why not give him 9 attack value and only roll for the AP damage?

Btw, I think Asian and African/ black Runners are underrepresented in
the game by far - as well as Humans in general. Methinks there are
70-80% Humans in the Shadowrun world. Are Metahumans per se more likely
to become Runners?
Iīd like to "hear" the listīs opinion on this. --Felix

How do you define which spell is the most powerful? Do you mean only
spells with a damage rating? --Felix
