Uhm... I think so... check out the section of US law that applies (I've
included it in my sig).
The Supreme Court initially ruled that it applied to faxes and further
extended later to cover email... (sometimes the system actually does work).
And for you non-Americans, if the spammer was FROM the US... he is still
guilty (methinks, not up on my int'l law).
