I tried for a while doing the "reply to this address" thing to remove
myself from the lists, but that never seems to work. The easiest
thing is to just delete it. You can also check what sort of filters
you can add to your mail reader and send some things directly to
trash. Currently on rocketmail I have "public", "friend" and
"cyberpromotions" being filter directly to the trash. It's seemed to
have help some...
