Since it's been mentioned, it would be nice to have an official
statement from FASA on card submissions.

I've noted with some interest that, on the various net.fictional.cards
out there, there are quite a number of ideas that have popped up on
different webpages, with just slightly different wordings (and then
there are times when one idea spawns another -- just look at me and
Forrest.) Since many decks run around particular themes, people are
bound to think up ways to improve (or deflate those decks).. and, in
such a limited theatre, there are bound to be some that resemble each
other.

Since you haven't had much luck with FASA, why not post them to the
list?
