While this is true. Exactly how many times has anyone ever
had to reshuffle their decks. With a minimum of a 60 card deck
I have found it rather difficult to go through the entire thing in
one game. Even using the discard as many cards as you want
and passing up on the nuyen to get seven cards, I have
rarely used up more than 2/3 of my deck. There are too many
cards that allow you to look through your deck to get a specific
card that you need. IE. Dirk Montgumery, Decker Coffee House,
and the talismonger just to name a few. I always thought that the
60 card minimum was too high. I personally (just to see) made a
40 card deck and it blasted away all opposition. I got what I needed
when I needed it. I always liked the idea that if your deck ran out of
cards then you loose the game. It just adds a little bit of something
to the game. Knowing that I could loose if I'm too free to just throw
things away.

Just my opinion on deck size.
