If the cells unlocked when the power went out and walls blew down that
easy, don't you think alot more jail breaks would happen?

On Loki's note that gear should be trashed when arrested, should
specials be trashed also? how about cyberware, it's not like they yank out
your dermal when you're arrested. They have cyber inhibitors for that. How
about spells? You just don't unlearn them while you're in jail and spirits
and elementals remain on the metaplanes. They just through a Magemask on
ya--hey, that should be a new gear card for Lonestar runner eh? better than
handcuffs.
