What about the other way? What if Tony plays a Cement Shoes on Redline
and Loki uses SoC on Skwraaaaaark!, but Tony only has the 4 nuyen that he
planed on trashing redline with? Can he still geek Skwaaaaaark? I think
since Tony doesn't have the cred, Lokii would have to pick a traget that
Tony controls that he has enough nuyen to trash or a different runner that
Loki controls. does that make sense? Since Tony doesn't have the cred to
pay for a swimming Skwraaaaaark!, then it's not a valid target.

in order to keep this game as far away as magic as possible (almost everyone
knows what i mean) i would have to say that you can only SoC a cement shoes to
a runner who has the same deployment cost as origionally payed for.
reason....you must pay the cost of the card before targeting the card. lets
say you want to off static, you pay 1 nuyen and then play cement shoes on him.
noone i know of off hand costs 1 nuyen to deploy, so guess what, it cannot be
SoC'd to someone else. this way it eliminates the problem of who has to pay
for the new cost of cement shoes. if this is not acceptable then i could very
well agree with you being able to SoC the shoes to a runner with the same
deployment cost or less (still no argement over who pays because it was
allready payed for). these are just my opinions to keep the game less chaotic
and rulesmongering (like magic).
