That doesn't really matter much, as Tommygun can play with any burstfire gun
just as well (UZI III is still ahead by 1).
I suppose it hinders a non-mafia opponent who's looking to NERPS! the gun, but
there's usually better things to use NERPS! on. It also pushes the number of
guns one could have in a deck (deck limit of 4 to consider), but these points
are really stretching to find use for the card...
Underworld is a little gimmicky for an expansion, though (if i haven't said
this before) i like the new point scale on the objectives. 1st run had some
over-valued objectives in there.
