Dammit, can't we kill this rumor?

All right, here's the truth:

1) WotC has not bought FASA
2) No one even claims WotC has made an offer
3) The 3 FASA owners are quite happy with the company and don't
intend to sell it.
4) unlike TSR (which WAS bought by WotC), FASA is not in vast debt.
