Jon Palmers has got it right one of the greatest thing about this
game and list is that a rare is a rare is rare.

speaking from experience i tried to get a full set of star wars
cards. but was never able to get the Darth Vader card. it is priced at
$70 dollars at the game store where i live. I am sorry but that is
bull s**t $70 for 1 card. well anyway I have given up trying to get
the full set (plus I don't even play the game).

back on the issue at hand please do not put a price on the cards.
don't take the fun out of the trades. it is a game not a business.

and one more note if any one would like to trade SHADOWRUN cards
for STAR WARS cards let me know. give you good deal.

Noah

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!!

Please do NOT do this, everyone. This is nothing personal against you,
Vesa-Matti. But price lists are unequivocably EVIL. The spirit of trading
is that if I want card A and you want card B, we trade. What do price
lists add to this?

What they add is another, unnecessary, element to the trading process.
Suddenly, if you look at a price list and find that card A is worth $6 and
card B is only worth $4, you might not be willing to make the trade. This
obviously don't apply to everyone, and SR is one of the better games out
there in terms of not having a bunch of lemmings as players. But certainly
there ARE some, who (with the existence of a price guide) will ONLY trade
by the price guide. Price guides are what ruined trading in Magic and Star
Wars, and I'd MUCH rather not see them do the same thing here.
