Felix, I've traded several times with listmembers in England, Germany,
and the Netherlands. Postage usually runs about US$3, plus the cost of
a padded envelopes (after losing several trades in business envelopes, I
realized it's just not worth it).
Travel time tends to be about two and a half weeks, although several of
my trades have taken longer (the worst being five weeks).
