The way it works is the following: You play it on your own Yakuza
Runner. Then you turn him, trash the Poison, and roll D6. On 4-5, you
select an opponent´s Runner and give him damage, and on 6+, he´s
trashed. The 1 simply means that your Runner got caught trying to use
the Poison and gets punished for it. ---Felix
