It was my impression from the wording that Skitz cancels the effect of a
card as it pertains to him, and him only.

Of course, if you go on a shadowrun and your whole team goes back without
him, it would suck to keep running to the next challenge and into a Mage
Strikeforce with Skitz only and the owner of the Challenge has 20 Nuyen
saved up... ;-)
